It starts with the entire class sitting down and we go through each category, people give ideas, and the class votes. Its a very long and tedious process. Well after we get our Menu down, then the instructors tell us the theme that we will have, and announce their chosen items to represent that theme. Our theme is Egypt.
Well we went through the process, and we picked our items. I got Zuppa Toscana on the Menu! YUMMY! I was generally happy with the menu items that got on, and was a little off-put by a few, but its not something that i can change.
This week was the testing process, where we take the recipes and ideas in our mind and make them right. Well we had voted on items, so that should give people the right to go in and change EVERYTHING about their menu item right? Well apparently not. This total brown-noser in my class has taken his Whoopie Pie (Pumpkin spiced) and turned it into something completely stupid and over blown. He has decided to add a dark chocolate Ganche(spelling?) and a ice cream to his Whoopie Pie.
Well since Tony wants that, then the other desserts must now suffer. Jamie presented a sweet potato dumpling with pumpkin spiced ice cream, which sounds freaking delicious right? Well now we have "too much" ice cream on the menu, so her ice cream is getting cut. Wait... we voted... we liked her ice cream and fried dumplings.
Well now its becoming apparent that if your an ass-kissing little freak you can get whatever you want and screw over your class mates. I hope that he remembers this later on when one of us decides to shove a knife in his gut. Jerk.
