So.
Once again, rise and shine at 7 am. Bags out the door by 8 am. Breakfast and on to the bus.
It was a 2 hour bus ride, with one pit stop where we found energy drinks on sale (YAY).
The view on the drive to Cobh was stunning. There were fields of grass swaying in the wind, rolling hills, lakes and rivers, animals covering the hillsides. Just breath taking. Our film doesn't do any of it justice.
Cobh is a port city with a crazy history. Cobh is the last place that the Titanic Docked before heading out on its journey across the Atlantic and into its morbid place in history. Some of the people that boarded the titanic actually spent a few days in Cobh before heading aboard. Also the Lusitania sunk outside of the Cobh cove, where it was struck by a German torpedo. American lives were lost which propelled America into the first World War. And many other event that changed history happened in this small, beautiful town.
We just arrived in Cork and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Our room overlooks the lake and the houses perched over it. There are fishermen casting their lines and we are even on the same floor as the spa...maybe we will get a massage (or not with these crazy prices!). Were heading down to dinner in 15 minutes.
We hope you liked our little Blogging from Ireland. Hopefully we will have internet again soon. We will Prob be online for as long as possible. Come talk to us!

I've heard amazing thinks about Cork. I'm SO freaking jealous! We seriously considered going to Ireland just this past March, when we were assuming I was still pregnant- so we were hoping on going on one last big fun trip. We watched videos on all the fun places to see. I can't wait to see pictures!
