Pastry Cafe

Pastry Cafe is a class much like Ala Carte.  We sat down the first couple weeks and decided a menu.  There are a few staple items there were required, and we were able to plan a weekly special menu.  Each week we made a special sandwich, a weekly soup, a daily quiche, a weekly tart or pie and a special cupcake.
